Stressbuster Cabin Rentals

I have reserved a cabin with Stress busters in the past and had an excellent experience. This time, not so much. The location was AMAZING but everything else left a lot to be desired. Starting with a handicap lift that didn’t work, the washing machine water was installed improperly (we fixed it) and NO TOWELS. I packed a few but had to wash a load of towels each day. Not much of a vacation right? Well there is more but I will deal with them directly… just wanted to share since there weren’t many reviews out there.

We stayed with Stressbuster cabin rentals over the weekend of the Ellijay apple festival. We had a great time! The cabin was very clean and had everything provided for except for our food. The cabin sat right on the river and we could hear the water passing thru the rapids all day and evening. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Joy at Stressbuster’s made it very easy to book and find our way to the cabin. She even sent us several pamphlets of things to do in the area which really helped us plan our day. If you are looking to spend just a few days or a whole week, I would highly recommend Stressbuster Cabin Rentals.

I am in the reservation process at this time and will update my information upon completion of my stay. I am hearing a lot of ‘no’s’ and seeing fees that aren’t commonplace by many Ellijay Cabin Rentals companies. I am being charged $ 26.00 to drive into a the Coosawattee River Resort to my rental home. When I explained to the real estate agent that I have never paid that fee by entering thru the Legion Gate, she not once attempted to avoid my having to pay that fee. And, she is collecting the fee, NOT the CRR gate. I don’t see that going to the resort at any point.
If I can get into the property-​by history– and not pay this fee, I’d think she would encourage my savings as a matter of courtesy.
There is also no quote of cleaning fees for each property on her website,
–and when I asked I was told ‘the website states there are fees. Yes, it states it, it does not quote what they are! Many other websites list fees upfront on their website.

Furthermore, I asked about firewood at the location since it has an outdoor fp, and I am paying over $ 150 a night and rather than getting a customer service oriented, I’m sorry at that location it is not offered, however you can find firewood at, etc…
I just heard «no, and no owners at any property offer firewood»
Well, when I rented from
at River Rendevous-​it was well furnished with seasoned firewood. When I stayed with VRBO at RiverHouz it was offered by the owner. So, YES many owners DO stack the property with firewood.
Rather than hearing a lot of NO’S and I can’t help you, and I don’t do what other companies do… I would suggest that Stress-​Buster Cabin Rentals compare what their competition is offering and re-​structure some of it’s hard and fast rules and services and start seeing me/​us as bread and butter not a bother.
That is the meaning of customer service!
