Never had the pies, but this is a quaint stop for BBQ. The sandwiches have large portions of meat and have a nice flavor.

Well if you want some of the best fried pies, then stop by Walker’s. I actually stopped in to try to bbq but was delighted with the pies. The bbq isn’t bad, just not as flavorful. I’m a fan of a vinegar based bbq sauce and Walker’s sauce was just average. I would skip the bbq and go straight to the fried pies! If you choose to stick around and eat some bbq, just tell the person that takes your order that you want some pies for later. You tell them when you’re ready and they will drop it in the fryer and make it fresh for you, sprinkled with a little powdered sugar! It will make you slap your mama! Great pies!

Ok little place to stop.
–The staff was super friendly
–The meat was good not much flavor and there was no fat so that was good
–Sauce was not that great it was just ok
–The real treat here was the fried pies they were great!!!
–I wish I had tried the ribs that is what they are known for
–It was very clean and well kept
