Pretty much on par with other reviewers. Sucks, went through the drive through. They messed up the order, not to mention they are impatient and unhelpful. As you leave the drivethru you are unable to turn to exit going west on Manchester. Seriously you cannot leave without rolling over several curbs unless you own a mini cooper. No thanks.

I LOVE Jimmy Johns! BUT, I have a major problem with their prices. It’s to the point now that if my family of 5 (me, my husband, and my two toddlers and baby) want to eat there, it costs us $ 35! This is just with our food, chips, and waters! This is more than we spend at most restaurants including tip. So, unfortunately we can’t go here anymore even though our kids always beg us. If I could talk to the owner or to the Jimmy Johns corporation, I would tell them to lower their prices a few dollars. If you get families in at a good price you will have a lot of loyal customers. $ 5 kids sandwiches (which are just bread and meat, nothing else) puts a lot of families unable to come at this price. Everything, including chips and drinks, are way above what they should be. It’s a sandwich shop… It should feel that way in price. Otherwise, really nice location and really awesome employees!

The quality at this Jimmy Johns is very poor. In the past visits I’ve been served a sandwich on stale bread, and a mushy old pickle. Thought I’d give them another shot today, only when I tried to order I was told … «We don’t have any bread right now». Probably not a good thing when you’re a sandwich shop. Ridiculous.

The staff is SUPER friendly. And the quality of the service is good and super fast if you wanted them to deliver.

They do deliver! My location is 2.2 miles away and I receive my order usually within 20 minutes. Also, it’s never taken longer than a minute to receive my sandwich after ordering while in the store.

Update to my earlier review about no delivery… well, they do deliver now, EXCEPT, not to our address. We are 1.8 miles from the store, but when I placed an order I was told our address is outside their delivery area… really, 1.8 miles! I change my rating to ONE STAR!

I have figured out how Jimmy John’s offers such quick delivery times. They don’t deliver to anyone not within blocks of their stores. I live 1.24 miles from the store and they don’t deliver here.
Oh well. Chinese it is.
