Wendy’s

Stopped in on our way to Bar Harbor as Wendy’s has the best fast food burger in this part of the Country.
The food was great as expected and was served hot. The woman who took our order was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the dining room left a lot to be desired as a number of tables required a wipe down. In fact, all the larger tables were dirty so we had to wipe one down ourselves.
It wasn’t busy at 3pm and in the entire time we were there eating we never saw any staff members come out to wipe down the tables, but they did come out for drinks at the Coke Machine and go outside for a smoke.
When I see dining rooms this dirty I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I place the blame squarely on the manager’s shoulders as they are ultimately responsible for the presentation of their store.
