Now that’s what I’m talking about. Philly Flattop came to Ray Laks Honda in West Seneca today and I had the Hot Pepper Cheesesteak and it was great. The steak was moist and juicy and it had just the right amount of cheese and hot peppers. The roll it was on was perfect too, not to heavy not to light, but just at that perfect consistency where it was soft enough to where everything didn’t slide out when you took a bite and firm enough that it held together quite well.
I also had to try the Loaded Cheesesteak fries, which were a little pricey at $ 10, but totally worth it. The potatoes are very uniquely cut and hold all the fixings perfectly.

Ordered da Strips and da potato ribbons. Chicken strips came with BBQ sauce and were cooked to perfection. Potato ribbons come with jalapeño catsup. Highly recommended.
