The Olde Steeple is such a cool place to shop in Elma, NY. It’s a cute old church turned into a shop for antiques and crafty things. I just love the atmosphere here! Everything is displayed so nicely, it makes you want to buy it. The employees are all friendly and helpful. You can tell they love the place as much as I do. A few times a year they have gatherings that everyone is welcome to attend. I never really knew what a gathering was until I went to the Christmas gathering this Friday. It was open from 6:00 pm to midnight. I was amazed at how much was going on there. It was all decked out for Christmas and lots of Christmas themed merchandise was available to purchase. They even opened the barn in the back and that was filled with more stuff! On the way out to barn, there was a tent set up for free refreshments of different coffees and cookies. They even had a heater in there. Another nice touch were the carolers dressed in old time caroler clothing. They sounded great! Outside of the tent, was a fire in a pit with benches around. It was warm enough for us to sit out and enjoy the coffee and cookies. There was even a late model pickup truck back there with a decorated Christmas tree in the bed. So pretty! As we made our way back in the steeple to go home, we took advantage of some free popcorn that is available all the time to anyone who shops there. This place is amazing and I think everyone should go and check it out.

I really loved this hidden quaint little place in Elma! It looks like it was a church turned into a beautiful little shop. My boyfriends mother has been talking about this place for quite a while so yesterday we decided to stop in. I quickly realized that this is a great place that offered a variety of items that would be great for any occasion including birthdays, anniversaries, housewarming gifts, wedding shower, and baby shower gifts. It offered a variety of arts and crafts for all areas in the home. They also had a large amount of homemade dips you can try and purchase. I loved the incense and potpourri for the home. My other favorite was the wine section that offered soap that smells like wine which I thought was very unique and a great gift idea for all the soap/wine lovers out there! Once my purchase was made they wrapped my items beautifully with ribbon and tissue paper at no charge! Now that’s service! I will definitely be back again soon and also recommend this place to my friends and family. Supporting a local business like this makes my heart smile:)

A cute shop that has a lot of good stuff to buy, and while you are there, be sure to munch on food with some of the best dip ever! If you’re there from Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, ask for Kim. She is the most helpful person you ever meet at that store!
