We saw the used car we wanted on their website, so went to this dealership despite the negative reviews. We still like the car (partly because it’s not a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge), but everything about our experience with this dealer was just terrible. The salesperson we dealt with wouldn’t return phone calls. They didn’t provide important accessories, like the tool to remove the spare tire. They made every aspect of our interactions with them hellish, and we wish we could erase the whole thing from our memories.
