Advanced Orthodontic Specialists

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and service here. First, I was referred to this office by one of my closest friends (who now has gorgeous teeth btw) because she loved the doctor here.
First, the office is located right above Papa Johns and there’s plenty of parking on the side and back of the building. Their office is really quite lovely and has a game room for kids with 4 stations for little ones as well as bigger (and comfier) chairs for examinations. The staff is really sweet and are great about follow ups and communication with patients.
My friend now has gorgeous teeth and soon enough my mom will be right behind her! Can’t say enough good things. Thanks ladies!

Far too often, I am treated like a number upon entering a medical or dental office. Rarely do I hear something as simple as «Hi, how are you?» Usually, it’s something like «Name? Okay, have a seat and the doctor will see you shortly.» Not at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists. I’m always greeted by my first name the moment I walk through the door. The desk receptionists make a point of treating each patient like a person, remembering names and sometimes facts about the person. Many times while in the waiting room, I’ve heard the girls at the front desk ask patients how their soccer games went or if they had a fun time on vacation.

That’s not to mention the very short wait times. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in a waiting room for well past my appointment time. This has never happened at Dr. Bicknell’s office. I’m always being seated within 10 minutes of entering the office. The office itself is extremely clean and inviting. It even has a video game room and tooth brushing station!

The care received always surpasses my expectations. Dr. Bicknell and the assistants are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Bicknell’s passion for his job is clear as he always goes above and beyond to create the perfect smile. I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth look!

It’s the little things that go to show how dedicated Dr. Bicknell is to providing the best possible patient experience. I cannot recommend this office enough to anyone interested in getting braces for themselves or their kids.
