Talk about customers service. Needed help with keeping things simple and fast. Jenny not sure her last name, but she helped to the fullest. That should be priority when it comes to business. Thanx jenny

Extremely terrible, racist sales associates. A group of Caucasian women were browsing the store, and of course naturally, they were approached by the sales associate asking«is everything okay?» My sister and I were ignored TWICE by this lady. From the minute we came in she looked at us twice and did not say one thing. We feel horrible and I will be sure to never step a foot in such a disgraceful store. Disgusting.

Super loud, club like store. Extremely friendly customer service. I was constantly asked if I needed help, I was getting annoyed. Super expensive jeans, but I like to splurge. So I bought three pairs. Will I return to AX? You dam skippy!

i’m a true lover of armani exchange, even though i rarely shop there. well, whenever i get inside i just chill a little while with the emplyees and listen some good moving music! and of course feeling out their soft clothes on my body yes! i did it! lol. otherwise, the sales people are on top of you needed for assistance. i know is part of their job, i don;t mind! their room is kinda narrow to walk by, especially during holiday’s sales! but still is searchable! the good thing about working there is that you receive and average of 30% –70% discount on everything you pick. and every month you get a free whole outfit wow! yea is true their clothes are a bit overpriced but is worth the buying at the end tho because their quality is real fine!

Apparently this is a clothing store, but it sure feels like a club whenever I step foot in here. And like a true club, the merchandise seems a bit overpriced, but this is not just any clothing store, it’s AX(At Queens Center nontheless). The music is practically unavoidable, gaining the attention of onlooking shoppers and at times deafening to folks inside. It’s sounds like something out of a trendy lounge with a little bit more of a Europop beat to it, with a Top 40 /Electronica edge. What remains to be seen is a DJ and a bar. Given the limited trendy brand options at Queens Center, it’s actually nice to have a local AX. The prices here on a whole are going to be cheaper than it’s sister locations in Manhattan, however, the selection is a bit more limited as well. It almost feels as if the items that don’t sell well in the city, end up coming here. I just wish they added«outlet» to the store title.
