Bilancio is a casual salon with talented stylists. I can’t recommend Kelly highly enough for coloring. She is a genius. And I am very picky… my first two years living in Elmhurst I went back to Chicago to have my hair done.
For cuts I recommend Mary S!
If you are looking for a high-​end, hoity toity salon, move on.
As far as a previous review concerning the price of kids’ cuts, their policy is their policy … however I would agree that this policy should be stated as appointments are made. It shouldn’t come as a surprise when it’s time to pay.

Even though many men think of day spas for women, this is the place to go to get a great massage. Just tip them well, and you’ll know that everything will be worth it. The women as wonderful and extremely attractive. Customer service is tops!

I have gotten my hair done at Bilancio for about 10 years and really love it. I was very nervous about highlighting my dark blonde hair but Kelly does such a great job! She never does more than is needed and my hair always looks really natural which is so great. I don’t know what I would do if Kelly ever won the lottery and decided to stop doing this, I would not want anyone else to touch my hair. She is also such a great listener and really fun! Trish used to cut my hair and did a great job. When she left I started going to Gina G. who is also great and so nice! I always leave feeling pretty and notice other women always look beautiful and happy. Everyone is very nice and friendly, I highly recommend Bilancio.

Cher cuts my hair better than anyone else ever has. Bilancio is a little on the expensive side so I keep trying out other salons, but I always end up back with Cher.

I was growing my hair. I went in for a trim since it was close to where I work. I wanted a trim and thinned out at the end, A girl named Trish said she was going to take about an inch off but she did not. She layered it. I did not even know she layered it until she showed the back of my hair in the mirror. Even as a layered cut, it is an awful cut. She did not listen to what I wanted.

I have been going to Bilancio for a while. I like both the woman who colors my hair (Kelly) and the woman who cuts my hair (Jen) they listen to what I say and do as I ask. I would recommend them to all my friends.
