I am new to yoga, I had been to classes at other studios in the area but I just couldn’t fine one the felt«right». Then I found Blissed out. The classes are usually small so you get a lot of personal attention from the teachers, and you have confidence you are doing your poses correctly. Stacy the owner. and all the teachers are very friendly and helpful. The classes are at convenient times, and there is a nice variety to choose from. The price is reasonable at $ 14 for a drop in and packages are available at $ 60⁄5 classes and $ 100⁄10 classes. I highly recommend Blissed out to anyone looking for a yoga studio in the Elmhurst area.

I was going yo rewrite my review for an update but the good people at Unilocal have an update button so noe you get both of my reviews! Lucky you. Since trying out Stacy for Thai bodywork I have now ventured into actual Yoga. It was on my to do list and I love it. She’s patient and th Imat’s great for me because I’m far from making a yoga video for Gaiam. I brought my cousin, her husband and my husband and now they are all Blissed Out fans. I buy the 10 pack classes. Because of schedule conflicts lately I haven’t been able yo go, but soon will figure this out. Blissed Out also has special events. Coming up is a Yoga bath which they’ve had before. You just to yo look at their calendar. They offer all types of classes and special events.
Always on the look-out R.

Just went for my first class. I used to attend regularly a very intense studio so was apprehensive. I was NOT disappointed. If you want a serious practice that is not«dumbed down» or made trendy, this is for you. I left almost in tears because I have missed my practice and have not had a good experience until I finally found Blissed Out. My body and mind felt amazing when I left. Emily was my instructor but I look forward to going back for more and meeting the other teachers. I hope they will add 90 minute classes, «yogi music», incense, and also try and squeeze some classes in around schedules that involve little kids’ school days. A class for kids would be fantastic too! Cannot wait to return!

Blissed Out Yoga is a great new studio that opened on the north side of Elmhurst in Sept. this year. Stacy and her group are wonderful additions to the wellness community here. The space is clean and the mural gorgeous, with a lot of parking. The entrance of the building is a bit tricky but look for the 2 story brown brick with a keyhole entrance. Loads of courtyard parking. Stacy is awesome and classes are for all folks. Even beginners like me. Small classes and the 10 pack is very reasonable, very family friendly! Have not tried Thai bodywork yet but its def on the list!

This little studio is a hidden gem. It is a little hard to find, but well worth the adventure. Stacy and her instructors are friendly, professional, and offer a great selection of classes. I love Jennifer for Vinyasa, she is super helpful in making sure that my poses are correct and answering my questions. I also attend another yoga studio in the area, and I’m sure that between the two studios all of our yoga needs can be met. I LOVE BlissedOut! I also love Stacy’s Thai Bodywork sessions. I usually have an hour session with her and when I leave I feel like I’m walking on air. If you have never tried Thai Bodywork, you must give Stacy a try. Sherry Cater Cater Fitness
