I chose this place for an estimate on alterations on my wedding gown because I saw it had some good reviews and it was a super quick to get to. However I’m very disappointed to find out that an alternation on lace wedding gown was too much work for them and they refused to do it. They went on by saying negative comments about the location where I purchased my dress. The last thing the lady said «let the other bridal store do the alterations and let them ruin your dress.» Not exactly what a bride wants to hear.
I would NOT recommend this place.

My husband and I are from Elmhurst and we have hear nothing but amazing reviews from our family and friends about this place! The list goes on with the amount of people we know that have used them for their weddings, some over 25 years ago to current day, as well as prom. There are several places to choose from in the area but none of which that provide the best service, great rates as well as being family owned! They made our day so special! I would recommend Eleganza to anyone!

Elena and her staff did an exceptional job with my our wedding tuxedos. The whole family went there to rent their suits and I can really say that everyone looked great. Customer service is prompt and professional. They made everything easy and enjoyable for us. I totally recommend their services.

I love this place! Elena (I think is her name) is very friendly, patient, and does a great job running her business. Unlike most tailors /​dry cleaners, she’s Romanian and speaks English as if she was born here, so it’s very easy to communicate with her.
I’ve had a few experiences with tailors: some I didn’t know if they were understanding a word I was saying and they couldn’t really communicate to me either, and others that kind of spoke English, but were so damn pushy and made me feel uncomfortable to really express what I wanted.
This place is nothing like that. She and her staff make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I actually look forward to going, whereas before I dreaded having to go to get something tailored.
My husband and I came here about three days before our wedding to rent a tux for him because we’ve seen it before on our way to Mariano’s. I was panicking and ready to kill him but when we came here, Elena said it was no problem and we didn’t even have to pay extra to get it done so quickly. I couldn’t believe it. They helped us pick out a tux and made alterations very quickly. If I knew about them before, I would’ve taken my wedding dress here. My husband picked it up the morning of our wedding with no problems.
Had we gone to another place, especially large stores like Mens Wearhouse (which he went to and hated), it would not have been possible and it would not have been so affordable. I think it was around $ 90 for tux, shoes and everything. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place.
I have had a bridesmaid dress altered here afterwards and to bring in the sleeves, it was only $ 20. They had it ready 2 days later and it fit perfectly.
They are seriously great to work with and do a good job for a good price.
