Best experience and my doors were installed on time! My sales rep Neil was very informative from day 1. He knew what he was talking about. You can tell he’s an industry professional! I will definitely recommend them! Highly recommend for anyone looking for shower doors!!!

Sales person came out and gave me a quote. Price seemed high but I thought they would do a good job. The gentlemen measured the area and said 3 – 4 weeks for the custom door. Exactly 4 weeks later the installers came out. Unfortunately the sales rep took the wrong measurements! The shower is half up and they couldn’t give me an eta as to when the new door would arrive. Unbelievable. I would recommend having the person measuring triple check so this doesn’t happen to you.
Update: The installers came out again two weeks later and were successful installing the door. It is good quality and the company was very customer service focused after the initial issue.

Best in Chicagoland by far! Top quality products and very professional experts. Fair priced and no wondering if it will look good. Been around for more than 50 years and it is clear why. Highly recommended!

Customer service was terrible. They don’t have any installation hours on the weekends or past 3:30 during the weekdays. They mis-​measured the door glass the first time. It took over 8 weeks to get the door installed. Thank goodness we have a second shower in the house and I have a retired dad that could be here for the delivery. They did price match another quote I recieved, came down $ 200 but I would have never gone with them if I would have known their installation hours.
