Gamestop

Gamestop is the guy’s equivalent of Sephora. This is where we go to window shop and check out the newest and coolest. This Gamestop is outside of the mall and is kind of a «secret» since most people go into the mall for their gaming needs.
The lines are usually long especially for new releases inside the mall, but if you visit this location, you normally don’t have to wait as long.
The customer service here is awesome and the team members very knowledgeable. I preordered some online only pre-​releases without any issues.

This Gamestop outside the mall is really good. I searched every gamestop for a game and some gamecards and I couldn’t find them available until I came here.
The place is great, it’s much bigger than the other gamestops around. You have more availability of products in this place. The stuff I looked everywhere for like the gamecards for online game was all here. The people working here are pretty cool, they are just normal guys who loves playing video games. Ask them about some of the games you plan to buy and they’ll be honest with you if it’s any good. They are very helpful and easy to talk to.
If all other stores don’t have that game or card you are looking for head over to this place. They close a bit earlier than other gamestops so try to make this place your second option if the first gamestop you went to doesn’t have what you’re looking for.
This place is easy to find after you get off te subway station. Check it out and you’ll like this place better. Happy Gaming!

Located in Queens Center Mall on the second floor, next to JC Penny.
The store is in a very small space for the volume of customers that come in. Their are two cash registers and the line in usually out the door. The store is as organized as it can be considering the volume of people that come in and out. The staff is nice and knowledgable about the games.

As everyone has stated before IT’S THE GAMESTOP OUT SIDE OF THE MALL.
What they didn’t tell you is the personalized service that you get from the staff. I like to preorder my games, especially the collector’s editions, like everyone else.
Problem is that most games come out on a Tuesday, I get paid on a Friday. They are supposed to hold on to items for only 48 hrs. I always speak to the staff there, and they always do me a favor and hold my stuff till Friday for me. Now that’s customer service at its best.
I been to other Gamestop stores in the various neighborhoods that I have lived in, but this one is definitely the best.
Go there. Talk to the staff. Buy a game. Go home and have fun.

Its Gamestop at the mall, what else can you expect. Like the other Unilocaler pointed out, this is the location outside of the mall. If you kids can remember back to the early 90s this used to be Funcoland before they merged with Gamestop in 2000. Good used games can be hard to find depending on which Gamestop you happen to stumble in but chances are you can find something playable to take home here. If not. get into the mall where the other two Gamestop locations are.

Like a kid in a candy store, I go ape-​shit when I’m in Gamestop. It’s a healthy addiction, I think. Although, my monthly credit card bill is growing faster than the rate of inflation. Is that normal?
Here are my most recent purchases:
(1) Facebreaker KO Party for the WII — I’m training with my WII to be Tony ‘The Facebreaker’ Chin!
(2) Iron Chef America (WII) — I’m going to slice, dice, and chop my way to creating world famous dishes!
(3) Fitness Fun (WII) — my dining-​room table is lop-​sided. This piece should shimmy up, and level out the table nicely.

This is the gamestop outside the mall, its much better than the one inside. Customer service can be iffy, depending who you get. Sometimes its a very knowledgable gamer, other times its someone just collecting a paycheck. This place used to have a good selection for PC games but now its pretty much all console. Don’t get your hopes up on finding a good used game though, most of the stock consists of complete industry Duds.

The Gamestop OUTSIDE the Queens Center Mall. It’s got an ok selection and ok prices, and customer service depends on who you deal with (ranges from awesome to do you care that I’m here?).
