In from out of town for a long weekend, we needed to have a home by the time we left. In one day we must have looked at 15 – 20 places — and then she gave us «homework» for that night. After a second day of viewing as crazy as the first, once we chose the home we wanted, she had the inspectors and a mortgage people on it pronto. Also used her to sell the place — and in a down market she worked her butt off! And once again, had us in contact with the all people we needed. Her Chicago connections are UNREAL! (As is her work ethic.)

I had a different realtor prior to getting Jen Coyte. For 4 months, the first realtor (a well-​known Elmhurst realtor at a well-​known Elmhurst firm) put little effort into selling my home. I took my home off the market. A few months later, I decided to try again with a different realtor. Jen Coyte was the complete opposite of the first realtor. She put her all into selling my house. Before the house went on the market, she was busy making phone calls and contacting real estate colleagues. Only a few hours after the house went on the market, Jen called me to tell me that some people wanted to see the house that same day. Then, that evening, Jen called me to tell me that the people who saw the house made an offer. Yes, all on the same day!!! Between the time that the offer was made and the closing, Jen was so helpful with everything that needed to happen. There was some weirdness with the appraisal but she got it all straightened out. When the buyers’ loan approval took longer than expected, Jen was very reassuring. (She knows the processes well and assured me that everything would work out… and it did.) I heartily recommend Jen Coyte to all who are looking to sell their homes!

I needed to get my grandmother into a condo in Elmhurst and I did not know where to begin. A friend of mine told me about Jen. He said that she works all the time, is smart, and knows the area like the back of her hand. That’ all I needed to hear because I needed to get my GG into a place she liked and fast, since she sold her place fast.
Jen, like me, works long hours, and if it wasn’t for her being on her toes and acting quickly, we would have lost our deal to another bidder, and it would have cost me more days of my life trying to get something done. She’s worth every dollar. Time is the most precious commodity in all the world. I don’t like to waste mine and neither does Jen.
The girl is a pro. Whip smart and high energy. Recommend!
