The reception is hot and cold here, but the overall service is definitely competent!
The young women at the counter are always helpful, but are sometimes moody and cold. Depends on the day. Prices for exams are fair, but rather high for contacts. Better off getting the Rx, but buying the contacts elsewhere.
I only recommend this place if your insurance is accepted here, otherwise NYC has tons of more affordable places for those of you who pay out of pocket.
