WARNING: NEVER come here! The whole existence of this franchise is a sad but unfortunate reality, given that the location is located next to heavy foot traffic. First off: the people here. I’m not talking about the employees, i’m talking about the wandering homeless and mentally ill people that wander in here and have NO regard for your personal space. Yep, you read right. I was eating at this establishment when all of a sudden I have a hand reaching for a fry that was on the table by a person who did not seem the understand the concept of «no». Many times you will encounter people here that are always asking for spare change, or the casual hobo sleeping in the corner. The employees are not far off from terrible, seeing how they can’t even get the simplest of orders correctly. And to make things even worse, it’s apparently my fault for making them get my order wrong. The level of unprofessional-ism encountered here is so low that it makes other McDonald’s employee cower in shame for sharing the same name. The food matches the establishment, of course. I saw in the kitchen how there was only one person working and she seemed in a rush, just slapping sandwiches and chicken nuggets all together as if it was a game. Can’t the management here hire or get some more people to work the kitchen? And of course, one bite into this sandwich of mine and its all just stale hard bread with a sad excuse of a meat patty. MORALOFTHESTORY: Save yourself the terrible experience of coming to this McDonald’s and walk two blocks to the Queens Center Mall or the one on Queens Boulevard, you’ll have to walk more, but you’ll save yourself the disgusting and grimy experience that this franchise has to offer. 0⁄0 stars if possible.

Haven’t been here in years, the only times I’ve ever gone there was to get fries(which weren’t a problem) but I got severe food poisoning from two cheeseburgers I ordered. Never returned since, stay away from this place. Forgot to mention lots of rude people come into this place.

From afternoon til close the cashiers are ghetto and rude. Stare at you and talk with each other while they should be taking orders. If you go in the morning very rude and unfriendly too. Most of the time only 1 register is open. Barely clean down tables. takes 20 min to get an order. SIMPLYDISGUSTING

I rather get my meal early by going to the one near the train or in the mall. They don’t have everything«sometimes» and they play dumb on options available on the dollar menu thus making you pay for the premium/regular items. Slow even when not busy. McDonalds please pay your employees more decently so they can be happier on the job as you proclaim the service/brand to be. Check your change.

Nice cashier, and the food was okay, no problem with that. But overall, the restaurant could be more efficient and customer service oriented. The other cashier(who may have been management) didn’t seem to like people. Every time she was looking at a coworker, all smiles, but with the guests, she seemed so annoyed. I also understand that people at work talk to eachother, but there was more shouting between employees than there is in Starbucks… I came in for a quick bite and am leaving with a headache

McDonald’s is just one of those fast food chains that stopped caring about certain markets. NY is one of those markets. I have been to McDonald’s down south as far as Florida and as far out as Vegas and in those markets you get what you see on T.V. in quality and freshness. Mind you this is one company that delivers the same product to all their restaurants, so it makes you wonder whats going on in each one to make them as bad as they are. Some of them are ultra salty while others are super greasy. And please don’t get me started on whats really inside each of their products. lol you get what you pay for IMO. Some people fall prey to their ad’s and how heavy it’s pushed through the media. Sorry but when it’s the truth it is what it is. Oh and this location is just a few blocks from my home and this place ultra salts their fries.

If you’ve read my reviews, you should know by now that… I HATEFASTFOOD!!! But I scored a buy-one-get-one coupon and sometimes that sways me. hMmMmM… So I decided to use said coupon because my brother and I were kinda hungry. I had a choice of going to the McDonald’s in the Queens Center mall or the one here. Obviously i chose the one here because i figured the line would be shorter and it probably was. I get to the register and order my 2 big macs for a mere $ 4.45. As I’m waiting, i see the following happen: 1) one of the workers behind the counter is restocking the individual packs of apple pies. He drops one box on the floor, takes a look around, and then nonchalantly picks it up. He then continues refilling the apple pie bin, Don’t worry though, guys. He did it within 3 seconds and he was wearing gloves. Oh wait… there are holes in the apple pie boxes so all the funk on the floor probably flew into the box and the same gloves he’s wearing will probably touch our food! PSA: Do not eat apple pies from this location… 2) The same worker then drops his hat on the floor and then picks up said hat from the floor. Once again, don’t worry because he’s wearing gloves. But you might be concerned because when he puts the hat back on, his gloved hands touch his scalp. PSA: You might want to pray that this guy doesn’t serve you… 3) The same worker then reaches for a stack of cups from the top of a shelf and drops them all on the floor. Don’t worry though because he is wearing gloves and the stack of cups are wrapped in plastic. But wait… he picked up the protected cups from the floor that rolled around in grime and will touch the rim of each cup as he loads it into the bin. PSA: You might want to buy a drink elsewhere… 4) As I was walking out, a patron of this fine McDonalds was angry and cursing under his breath about how someone cut the line. I find that hard to believe because he just got there. I think he might have been mentally disturbed and exhibited body language like he was about to riot at Rikers Island(a jail in NY)… PSA: You might want to pick another McDonald’s So i bet you’re wondering if i walked out with the food. Well I had a choice to make: 1) do i ask for a refund!?! 2) should I eat my Big Mac shamelessly!?! Since I was watching the worker make my big macs and how it was handed directly to the manager, I chose to eat them without shame. Besides, even before today i kinda assumed all this went down anyways… Summary: next time I have a coupon I will walk to the mall where i hope quality control will be better and there are security guards…

This McDonald’s needs new management. Their service is slow, workers are rude and they mess up the orders too often. Look, slow service is fine if you are under staffed and really busy. However, this place just have workers going through the motions, with the body language saying they don’t want to be at work. That falls squarely on management, motivate your workers and lead by example. The workers are rude but this is fast food so what do you expect? The reason why they mess up on the orders is because they don’t follow the taking order guidelines set by McDonald’s, again this shows poor management. I won’t come to this store again, pretty soon they will sell tainted food and give people food poisoning. Go to the store on Queens Blvd, you have been warned.

Located across the street from LeFrak City and almost at the corner to Junction Blvd, this McDonald’s location is at a prominent location for people who walk. I will have my husband drive the car and drop me off if I have to because that’s how much I love this location. Too bad, parking is always a problem and it would take me a long time if I were to walk here, which is why I don’t come here often enough. When redeeming Monopoly food/dessert prizes and such, I always come to this location to redeem my prizes because they take unlimited number of prizes coupons in one visit and the manager and employees are much nicer in person. They always ask me if I need anything else before I leave the counter. As this is an «express» McDonald’s, I am always served quickly and there are always booth seating around in case I want to hang out here for a quick meal.
