1 person in the register. 10 people on line. You got to be fucking kidding me. Why is the service so bad PARTY CITY. You guys are fucking billion dollar company own by a private equity.
It’s not the poor kid fault who is working on the register.
The fucking management should be managing the place better.

OK spot, usually have found what I always needed.
not a lot of workers around, except for the cashier, and even then, it’s only 1, maybe 2. During busier periods this could be different.
Around Halloween time this store is a bitch. Things can be cleaned out! And a super long wait/​line to purchase costumes? I walked in and was like «Wtf is going on?»

3 stars for the store but poor for the workers. I asked them because i really need help but they answered me in a rude way. I mean come on not just because im young doesnt mean u cant help me just to let u guys know im still a costumer so give some respect.

I went there last night. And I was going to buy at least one for me and one for my bf. But the shop is really understaffed. Workers there seems unhappy and they are rude. I had to wait on the line to tell them what number I want. So I asked for red riding hood costume. Unfortunately, they don’t have small size. Then I asked for another number. The staff doesn’t even look for it. She said they might not have small size for that either. I felt very unwelcome and don’t even want to go there anymore. And staffs were gossiping about other staffs which I found very annoying. I went to this store 2 yrs ago. It was much better back then.

An hour and a half wait to get balloons? And the workers don’t tell you that and wait until you make their 16 minute line and get to the front? Womp womp. This place sucks, the people aren’t helpful and the store is understaffed.

thank youfor having save the date cards & wax seal kits!!! the line was a bit long but after traveling across several boroughs on a hunt for party stores with wedding sections this store was by far the best
