Phillip’s Flowers & Gifts

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife who is a nurse at Elmhurst hospital and told them to deliver em there. But she got switched to work at a clinic in Lombard and they figured that out and brought em to her there! And charged me the same. That’s amazing, you guys rock. Also, I appreciate you being super nice on the phone as I couldn’t figure out what to get :) Thanks so much! Will be ordering again for the next surprise.

I get an arraingment from them every week for my business and constantly get compliments on the quality and beauty of the flowers. They are good, fair people that know their stuff. Yes you can get flowers cheaper from other places but buying an arraingment from Phillips is well worth the extra cost because of the presentation and quality of each piece you get from them.

I switched florists a few years ago to Phillips when I saw a men’s corsage from Phillips that had a magnetized holder rather than the pins we have always struggled with — and that the florist i was going to didn’t have that option. That simple reason opened my eyes to a great floral shop. Although they’ve been around a long time and don’t have a trendy website, I have found their arrangements edgy, creative and unique. Now I won’t go anywhere else in town.
I have found them to have the friendliest workers who consistently go out of their way to make something special. Celeste is great as are the other people I’ve met there.
You wouldn’t expect it, but they also have hostess type gifts by season, which is great because you don’t have too struggle to find parking like you do in center Elmhurst.
You won’t go wrong at this florist.

If you want flowers and arrangements that are sure to last, buy here. There is a cute green house with a variety of plants and flowers in the rear of the store-​do not miss this area. If there is something you want and do not see; ask. One of the amazing designers will put their flair into your idea and even price it right to fit your budget.

I was quoted $ 2.00 per pink carnation. I needed a dozen, and I found them at Dominick’s for $ 5.99 per dozen. Go figure.

Phillip’s is a florist that consistently provides beautiful arrangements and bouquets; in 14 years of living near them, I’ve never been disappointed. They are not the most creative, but with creativity comes some degree of edginess and risk; they are one of the most consistent florists that I’ve frequented. My son ordered a corsage for his girlfriend for senior prom today, and again, consistently beautiful and well-​done, especially when you consider that they worked off the directive of an 18 year old!
