Since purchasing our first home we have had many disappointing and frustrating experiences with other vendors, so working with Revisions was like a breath of fresh air. We contacted 3 different vendors when we knew we wanted Marvin windows installed. After the estimates came in, Revisions was the obvious choice. Not only were they the least expensive, but they were honest and forthright, never pushing add-ons or extras, they were great with communication, and obviously passionate about what they do, and doing it well. They sent Patrick to take the initial measurements. The man LOVES windows. After the estimating work was done he stayed for another 20 minutes just talking about Marvin windows. When you are spending as much as you need to for good windows, having someone who is so intimately accquanted with them is what you want. The 8 — 10 weeks lead time after we placed our order was accurate, and the crew they sent did an excellent job, not only with the install but with draping our furniture with plastic and cleaning up after themselves. When it came time to pay the bill they found they had put an extra $ 30 on the invoice. They could have not said anything and kept the money, but they instead apologized for the mistake and made the adjustment. These are people you want to work with! We love our windows and are so appreciative to Revisions foor making our install such a great experience.

This company is top notch with customer service. They were great on the ordering, install and many years later. I am not happy with the windows themselves since I have had service on them and still need insulation on them in the winter. My Andersen window in far superior. Sorry but customer and a less than wonderful windows make for a bit lower rating.

When my wife and I moved into our first home we were super excited… and scared. We didn’t know what was going to be that first surprise cost as homeowners. After moving into a place that is very close to the L and about 17 years old we soon discovered our windows needed to be replaced. Not only were they hardly blocking any sound of the trains going by, but the wood around them was starting to rot. We did a lot of research and called quite a few vendors one of which was Marvin. The rep they suggested was Revisions and boy am I glad that we go them. Patrick was the first person we met who came by our place to chat about options. He knew his stuff and had a laptop with him to easily pull up info he didn’t have off the top of his head. After making our selection we met Rob who would be doing the actual install. He stopped by to make some final measurements and was very personable and even answered some extra questions we forgot to ask Patrick. On the day of the install Rob and Leo, another employee, came in and got the old windows out and the new ones up in about 8 hours. The new windows look great and they block out SO much more noise. Rob and Leo even added some more insulation to help with the cold winters and added some wood panels to sections of our frames that weren’t looking so nice. My wife and I are more than pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend Revisions if you’re looking for new windows.
