I was in a bind right before a trip because the zipper to my boot broke. George, at the Shoemaker Shop, could not have been more pleasant, understanding and accommodating. He fixed my boot that afternoon and reassured me that the zipper would not break during my trip. Great Service Great personality!

Left 2 pairs of shoes there for new heels and 9 days later they aren’t done. Owner was overwhelmed and rude. Never going back again.

This is the ONLY place I trust with my leather shoes and boots. I found them during college and have been coming 10+ years since. I’m amazed that the owner remembers my name even though I’m only in once or twice a year. No matter how many people are waiting or how back logged he is, he’s always pleasant to see everyone and knows most by name. I have trusted them with all of my nice Guess, Calvin Klein, and Cole Haan boots. They do an amazing job buffing out scuffs, evening colors, repairing worn toes, and replacing heels. I highly recommend them for reasonable prices, excellent craftsmanship, and customer service with a personal touch.

Now this is place is as traditional as it gets. I’ve tried a couple places before testing out The Shoemaker Shop, but now that I’ve found a good spot, I won’t go anywhere else. They did a great job on repairing my shoes. This last time, I dropped off two pair of shoes: one was a heel replacement and the other was repairing a nick on the side of one shoe. They gave me an estimate when I dropped it off. Approx. $ 20 for everything. When I picked it them up all my shoes looked like new for just under $ 20! With a great bargain and charming customer service, you can’t go wrong. They also sell shoes.
