There are so many rooms to look through! It’s an old Victorian house, turned into store. You will find plenty of ornaments, village pieces and decorations for Christmas. They sell other items and gifts. The staff is helpful, but a little slow moving. The older woman helping us (who I think was the owner) was a little nasty to her employee (who helped us with our whole order), so I didn’t like that. Also, if you bring their brochure from your hotel, you get a free «gift». The free gift was a choice of felt ornaments, that you used to make in grammar school. It’s in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Glad we got to add some pieces to our collection, but I probably won’t go back.

Who doesn’t love the Christmas House! I just love coming here and getting a few special pieces when I’m in Elmira. And the staff is so kind and helpful.

I found some great gifts here and the prices are great. Love their jewelry it is casual and colorful. Don’t get fooled by the name they have a lot to offer all year round. Recommend stopping in to check them out.
