Sad to say but this was the worst Verizon experience I have ever had. Sent a family member on our plan to upgrade her phone on the Edge program. She repeatedly asked about her trade in on the phone she currently had. The first employee stated the phone wasn’t worth much and she could keep it and let her kids play with it. Hey guy, her kids are in their thirties!!! After a call to the corporate headquarters she was asked to return to the store where a second employee couldn’t manage to put in her password correctly on the trade in and she was told again it was not worth trading in. My husband had to call the store a second time and it all magically started to work and she was given her forty dollar credit for the trade in. Why the runaround Verizon??? Are the sales goals really that hard to hit by doing things the right way without running people around? This review is written by a family with four lines and that has paid a $ 250.00 bill month over month for years.

The Verizon people at route 64 store always greet you with a smile and their revised store is absolutely beautiful. All their employees are always ready to answer any questions

Verizon and other wireless cellphone providers usually get a hard rap for service and prices. I have to say the last time I went in here to upgrade my phone I received really good service here(last month I think). The manager took good care of me and all the staff members working in general were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I was not pressured to buy services or products that I did not want or need and the manager worked with me to find the service that was right for me… which was just an upgrade with my phone and including internet. He talked me through the mail in rebate and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get my rebate including cutting the box rebate off the box for me and taking care of my receipts etc. I bought a cover and screen protector which he took the time to install for me. He also took the time to transfer all my contacts and my pictures from my old phone to my new phone. It was obvious that he loved and enjoyed his job by the way he treated his customers. Wait time in the store was not that long at all. The store was clean and inviting and I was greeted by happy workers the moment I walked into the door. Very nice and positive overall experience.
