Highly not recomemded. There is only one dr for about 20 pts waiting for 2 – 3 hrs to be seen the secretary dsnt know what shes doing. She couldnt find my profile in their computer tried to send me home. She later found it ask me to and ibeaited for 3 hrs and never heard from ber again. She dsnt care if i waited there the whole day. I stood up and i lft the clinic never came back
There are better clinic than thia place around. Even if you have to drive a little distance, it sure is better than this clinic. I dont know what kind if jungle clinic their running at there. Its not worth anyone’s time to go there.

I really tried to like this office. Dr. Barnswell as a whole is a great professional. His staff in turn is just horrible. Not once but twice I came early for appointments. The first time I waited over 2 hours to be seen telling them way in advanced that I am here early and have an appointment. It was after I complained verbally that I was seen immediately.
The second time was today. I arrived at 9:45 for a 10:45 appointment. At 11:56am someone comes to me and asks me am I waiting for someone because they noticed I been sitting there for a long time.
I said to myself, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I told them not to worry I am leaving. I stopped being professional after they stopped being professional. I spoke up enough for the entire staff and patients to hear the frustration I was feeling. This office has no respect for the patients time. I had very little communication during the wait.
Then on top of that they want to charge the patient for breaking appointments. I think I am done with this office. Until they get a revamp of staff I will be looking for another urologist.
