I come here fairly often and am very satisfied with the food and service. The Spanish music is always good to listen to and provides a quiet yet lively atmosphere. I typically get the Chicken Francese (Lemon Chicken) with rice but have tried other dishes and all of have met my expectation. Would recommend if your feeling a good Dominican dish and need something filling!

I’ve been here a handful of times because it is the only dominican restaurant near home.
The service alone makes me run out the door! The ladies that are running this establishment have zero customer service. Now on to the food, one word overpriced. Not only is the food overpriced but no matter what time you enter you’ll find the food you purchase to be dried and old.
For all newbies wanting to try Dominican food for the first time this is not the place to go.

Terrible. Food taste like its old. Just bad Spanish food, The soup that they tell you is Dominican soup is really called Sancocho. Sancocho is really Puerto Rican and not made like that. Either way if u order it, don’t tell them give u all broth. Don’t waste ur money.

Yeah. um no. dont eat here. honestly it a shame, I ordered from here twice. The first time i got rice and chicken and was pretty disappointed. the second time i thought, why not give it another chance. It was disgusting. Waste of money, there are better Spanish food spots in the area

I was looking for home cooked food for delivery and came across this place on GrubHub so I took a chance and ordered. I ordered a family style meal of Pepper Steak, yellow rice with chickpeas, salad, 2 liter soda for just over $ 20 sounded perfect. What we received was a large portion that would easily serve 4 to 6 people depending on how much your family eats. The rice wasn’t with chickpeas it was with pigeon peas but was still good. The dressing for the salad was not what we ordered but no big deal except that the dressing they did deliver was too small for the salad size (not happy with that). Still all in all it was good, I would order again.

Good authentic Dominican food. Great for having breakfast, lunch or dinner, they even have dessert! This place is a win-win! Not sure what to order? Try the baked chicken or the fried chicken with yellow rice (chicharron de pollo).

Being that I’m from the local neighborhood I decided to give this place a try. One word… TERRIBLE. I ordered the rotisserie style chicken and it was very salty. I also ordered some white rice and little did I know. When I got home and took the first bite the rice was hard. The chicken was also undercooked. Gave this place two tries… I will not be going back again.

This is what you’ll call a «hole in the wall.» EVERYTIME I go in, there’s always a sketch-ball sitting at the counter talking to the staff. The food is mediocre… Just buy Goya!

The food at this place is pretty good. The service is AWFUL!
On more than one occasion, this place has screwed up our delivery order/forgot part of the order. We keep giving them chances, but tonight is the last time we order from this place and let them ruin our dinner. I wouldn’t and wont recommend this place to anyone.

I was so happy when finally a Dominican restaurant opened in my neighborhood. The first few times food was ok. Little by little service started to get worse. On three different occasions I ordered and did not get what I wanted. I ordered longaniza and i recieved American style sausage. If I’m going to a Dominican restaurant I want what I ordered or at least tell me you don’t have it. I would also ask for queso frito and it wouldn’t be in my order. It’s very frustrating!!! I will no longer order or eat at this place.

i like this place. i order frequently (at least 4x a month) why? it has good food especially the churrasco at good prices. they also stay late (i believe midnight) free delivery and have alot of choices on menu. its not 5star cuisine but its definitely good and well portioned.

My husband and I have eaten here a handful of times. Although the food is great, the service needs a bit of help.
While we were there, we ordered a beer and waited at least 10 minutes before we had to ask a waitress to bring us a menu. We had time to finish our beer, read over the menu and still no one was coming over to take our order.
We paid for the beer and left.
Stick with take out… beans are amazing!

I’m always curious about new places to eat. My brother and sister in law highly recommended this place. They ordered take out in the past and they were extremely pleased. We decided to change it up and eat in the restaurant. not the best decision I’ve made. Service was ehhh. they forgot one part of my order, but by the time they brought me the part of my order they did remember, I was soo hungry I refused to wait for the correction to be made. With that said though… the food was good, bravo!.. so word to the wise… Order out or call for delivery. can’t go wrong!
