If I could give no star I would-​ordered delivery, usually I pick up. Lady was extremely rude on the phone when I tried to change my order asking me to call back when she wasn’t busy lol-​needless to say that was the last time I called! I’m not that desperate, I can cook my own meals, thank you very much!

Been a customer for years, but there level of customer service has fallen drastically. Lost a good customer!

For a couple of years this was my go to Chinese food place, however I haven’t been in about 7 months. I had placed an order one night, went to pick it up 25 mins later or so, only to be told it wasn’t ready yet; I then had to wait about 50 mins inside the restaurant for it to be done. This wasn’t even the bothersome part of my experience.
The issue came as I had to stand there and watch the staff prepare the food. I had never actually been inside the place for more than 5 or 10 mins at a time. I watched a woman give her nose a back n forth barehanded wipe, only to then use that same hand to grab a handful of broccoli and throw it into a pan. I watched a gentlemen continuously handling cash and then using those same barehands to pick up egg rolls. These types of things continued for the entire 50 mins I was in there. There just doesn’t seem to be much concern for sanitation in this place. At the end of it, I had completely lost my appetite. Not wanting any sort of confrontation I actually paid for my food when it was done and left. When I got home I threw my food out and haven’t been back since.
I know this kind of thing doesn’t even bother a lot of people, and if that’s you, that’s great. The food was always delicious, no complaints there. The food also never got me sick. I’ve had people say to me that this sort of handling of food prob goes on in a lot restaurants, especially Chinese food places. I unfortunately can’t unsee the things I saw that evening, so the damage has been done. Haven’t been there in 7 months and I have no intention of ever going back.

I am absolutely appalled by their level of customer service. I have been a customer for 6 years now. One day I try to place an order for delivery, lunch special. I ask if I can pay with a card, being that it is under $ 10 the lady owner starts getting nasty with me over the phone. Before I can tell her that I will pay with cash, she hangs up on me. I try calling back, she doesn’t answer the phone twice and on the third time she answers just to hang up again. I usually spend a very good amount of money there since I do not cook at home. They have just lost a very good loyal customer.
