I wish there was a way to give NO stars. I went to this tmobile on ⁸⁄₁₃ for a simple upgrade. The young lady Bibi proceeded to upgrade the wrong line and cancel service on another line which i didnt realize until I got home and my calls kept coming in on my daughters phone. Upon my return to the store, Bibi, Rupin and Rebecca took 2 hours and could not figure out how to get my service reinstated. Finally after losing all the messages in my sentbox and my voice messages, trying bluetooth, computer etc, etc, they finally found my voice messages. When all was said and done, a simple upgrade turned into a nightmare. And to top it off, no one had the decency to apologize. Pick any other tmobile store on hempstead turnpike but this one.
