I recently sent my travel tripod to these guys for service. It was covered under warranty (absolutely no charge… not even for shipping it back to me!), it was repaired perfectly and they turned it around (repair & ship back) faster than the speed of light! I am more than impressed. One more reason I will recommend Benro tripods! It is so wonderful to receive outstanding customer service. Thanks a million!
