Had the same exact experience as Megan S. Also bought the Groupon as a gift. The schedule was reduced to about 3 – 4 classes per month when originally there were at least 20 per month. The 3 – 4 classes were on Monday nights, which made it very hard for working people to attend. Luckily, after a lot of pushing, Groupon refunded me, however I know even Groupon said they had a hard time getting in touch with this business. It also appears, from their website, that they do not have any classes scheduled for January or at any future times right now. Check out Muse Paint Bar in White Plains.

This company sold a bunch of groupons and then significantly reduced their schedule to Monday night’s only. Monday’s are not a good go out night. I’m fine with weekdays but Thursday and Friday’s are better option. They also went on vacation for an entire month and did not hold classes that entire time. They have not returned my phone calls or emails when I try to contact them. I did go to the class and the instructions are not as good as any of the other three companies I’ve used in the past. This is simply not how you run a business. I recommend going to Muse in white plains, even if it costs more.

unprofessional business, but you can tell that from the outside, logo is a bad photocopy ductaped to the door) you better not be late even 1 min, because they simply will not let you in(not joking), even if your class is scheduled, confirmed and prepaid. DONOTRECOMMEND!!!
