Don’t be fooled! You can’t judge a book by it’s cover! Spadaccia’s is clean as a whistle. In the owner’s own words, «The place is old, but you can eat off of the floor!» This was said as the place was being meticulously cleaned at about 2:30 in the afternoon. Spadaccia’s has the best brisket and corned beef in Westchester, as far as I am concerned. The sandwiches are HUGE and prepared as you like from freshly roasted cuts of high quality meat. I get a wedge and it’s easily enough for two. And the sandwiches come with soup! And there are many soups to choose from every day. There are also many lunch platters available. A top notch deli run by a very friendly and nice man. He has pride in his food, and for good reason. This is the kind of place that I prefer to eat.

Will always hook you up. This guy gives you awesome deli sandwiches. His chicken francese on a roll is awesome too!

Coming from New Jersey there are plenty if deli’s in every corner. You get your average fair share of meats, cheeses and eggs on your breakfast sandwich. But not like here in Spadaccia’s. As soon as you walk in the door you hear and smell the hustle and bustle of the New York crowd in the mornings, as they all line up to place their order at the counter. Only to be greeted by the owner who is warm and friendly as he belts out«Express Line»! Similar to the soup guy in the Seinfeld episode. The food is prepared fresh and fast. The sandwich comes out double stacked with your choice of meat and cheese. Every bite is delicious and for under 7 bucks with a large coffee it’s a good deal.
