Totally disappointed with them. They took over from C & R alarm systems, who was amazing. I called to cancel my service because anytime I would call for service they were never able to come out past 4 pm and if they did they would charge a lot. When I called to cancel I was told I was not allowed cause I was locked into a contract. For over a year they have been harassing me for money, and today I get a certified letter in the mail saying if I do not pay $ 259.50 by April 1st than they will send my account to collections and I will have to pay $ 1038.00… I am not paying this, they van speak with my lawyer. WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!! Beware!

We contacted them for a job about a month ago. The on site visit was pretty easy to set up and turned out to be very informative. The follow up was good as well. Unfortunately they were one of the most expensive options in the area so we had to pass. But they are extremely professional and capable, and I would recommend them for any home security project if your budget is not a concern.
