I have stopped going here several years ago since experiencing the absolute worst customer service ever. I literally left the store without paying for the 2 sandwiches that the rudest and nastiest worker just finished preparing. They’ll treat you, the customer, like garbage and think you will just take it and pay them. I just couldn’t take their rude, miserable, condescending, and demeaning attitude.
Since then, I have happily gone out of my way at least 5 times to a different local Subway (on North Ave just West of Harlem) just to avoid their front door. I recommend everyone do the same. I simply cannot wait until they go out of business and close or new management takes over.

I have been coming to this subway for years and have had no problem. The two guys that work here already know what sandwich I want since its the same thing everyday haha. The staff have been nothing but friendly with me and also the other customers that I watch come in.
Also, try their new garlic bread!

Dinner was okay, medium customer quality. But, they close at nine, and, at 8:51 PM, they told me they were closed and I had to leave. If they had waited two minutes I would’ve finished packing up my garbage to throw out and have left. I consider that pretty rude.

Worst subway ever ever ever. Hard bread nasty colored meat. Hot condiments gross seriously never will I return here. Even the people making the sandwhich suck. Should be closed down.
