She was very nice until I told her I wasn’t a virgen. She seemed to be very bothered by it. I tried to tell myself it was just me until she was in the middle of asking me about my med history. I was lying down on the table with my legs closed and she randomly turned around, forced them open and said, «Didn’t you say you weren’t a virgen? So what’s the problem? Spread your legs.» Then continued to ask me questions and type into the computer. After the appointment was over she kept insisting that I change in front of her and I just waited for her to leave the room. I felt so violated by the time I left. She was so forceful and rough that I had discomfort for over an hour afterwards. I’m in my early twenties. I’ve been to a gyno before and I know what to expect. I’m still in shock of how she treated me and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

Dr. susan cocozielo was very rough and cold, she didnt wear gloves when she inspected inside me which was disgusting and violating enough but then she grabbed my legs and spread them, pulled me further down on the examination bed and ripped my paper gown open all she had to do was ask me to move my gown and move further down totally unnecessary! She didnt explain anything to me like when i told her i wanted the iud she was like great come in when you have your next period and then i find out i had to fill out a form to order it which she never informed me about. When the examination was done she didnt even leave the room so i had to change in front of her. The whole experience was violating and demoralizing dont ever go to her.

Pros
— Plenty of parking in a private lot.
— Has a clean bathroom.
Cons
— Nurses seem lazy. They are always dragging their feet in the office in their crocs. They are also VERY rude and unfriendly.
— Waiting time.
— Smells like mothballs and weed in the waiting room probably from the type of «patients» the doctor has. Its is walking distance to Paterson.
— I gave them a urine sample. They asked me to leave it in their bathroom. They left it in their the whole time I was waiting outside in the waiting room. Any other patient would have tampered it. Or taken it.
— If you believe in patient privacy, go somewhere else. You can hear all the doctors conversations from room to room.
Dr. Cocoziello is okay. She is an older woman. A little weird. I would just skip this place and find someone better. Dr Levat and Michelle Jackson in Hackensack are amazing! Too bad they no longer take my insurance.
