I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator off them in November. They had it delivered, and the doors were damaged in the delivery. The Samsung home depo department said they would replace the doors. After a little over a month of not replacing them, they called and said that the company that was hired to bring the new doors was taking to long, and that they’d send someone else. Then after two months of hearing nothing from them I had to call in again, keep in mind everytime I called and it was between 8 to 11 times so far, I was put on hold and juggled between departments for just over an hour, per call. They finally said they would just replace the whole thing, and this time they delivered it to the store instead of my house. It’s been about a week now with no resolution. Now samsung corporate is involved, and I still haven’t heard back from them on a resolution. I’m very disappointed in the way they handle things.

I have purchased here a few times. I have been charged wrong a few times. Now I purchased a dryer and noticed a few hours later that did not get the %10 discount advertised. So i went over to Customer service didn’t even know about the sale even though it is advertised 20 ft away? The guy at the service desk is unfriendly and rude. Then he wanted to give store credit instead of giving the difference back on my card. After telling him I wasn’t leaving with out being refunded it took two people to refund me. The customer service staff was temperamental and rude. In the future ill probably make large purchases somewhere else even if its a little more.
