Terrible place! Our lunch first started off with two Margaritas which one came back with two ants swimming my friend’s drink, the waiter who hardly understood us when ordering stood by and watched as we fished out the ants and didn’t do a damn thing! Then… I ordered the Enchilada Supreme and I was assured before ordering they had shredded beef and when my order came out it was ground beef. Definitely not what I asked for, so over all my experience here for my first time was terrible. Never coming back.

It was OK the food was good but my waiter couldn’t understand English very well told him four times I want a cheese enchilada and he brings me beef I asked him for the sauce for the chips to not be spicy and it was very spicy and he was sitting down and playing with his phone the hole time The other waiters were very nice and professional and knew what they were doing anyway good food

Great food, fresh and good service. Nice atmosphere too. Especially the «made at the table» guacamole was great! Also very close to the beach/​pier for a nice after dinner walk. Probably one of the better places to eat on the Island.

Fantastic Mexican restaurant with a lively music (maybe music too much for some, but love a bit of atmosphere) and great interior decorations. Food was fantastic, from fish, to tacos, to fajitas and quesadeas the family was very happy.
Staff was nice, it is really the best on Emerald Island and maybe a bit farther too. Worth a stop and has become a top 3 for the family when we dine out once a week.

Great meal at Plaza Mexico! Delicious and authentic! Margaritas were wonderful! Had the enchiladas suizas and they were great. Family had the 3 Amigos, and they also enjoyed. Best Mexican we’ve had in a long time!

If you say you like guacamole and don’t order the table– side and fresh-​made guacamole then you better rethink your priorities because this is the best I’ve ever eaten. You know it’s fresh when they slice the lime and section out the avocado right before your own eyes.
Everything else we order was very good, too. My wife’s fajitas and my fajita salad were especially tasty as was her house Margarita.
Nice décor and friendly, knowledgeable staff round out a fine experience.
It wasn’t the least expensive Mexican fare we have ever had at $ 50 for the two of us but it was among the best.

The menu has the wrong hours on it for Sunday, if management doesn’t pay attention to the menu what else happens. Our waiter didn’t know what was in the white salsa. We are concerned about this because we are diabetic and need to know the sugars and carbs for our diet. The staff seem to be having a good time out front laughing and joking instead of taking care of customers. As a local we wish you the best on your new business.

Fantastic place! From the sangria, to the handmade at your table guacamole, to the Hawaiian fajita was so tasty! Great place to go on the isle. Great service and atmosphere too.

Great food. They make the guacamole fresh at your table. Super friendly wait staff. The hostess was great and our server (Gladys) was not only friendly and accommodating but also knowledgeable in helping us in our decisions. We will be returning again. Margaritas are made with fresh house made juices and are delicious.
