These guys are terrible. Please listen to these reviews and avoid this company. Absolutely awful. they rip people off. Better business rating of F. 1 star on Unilocal.Horrible.

Contacted company for service and left address and contact number to schedule appt — showed up without prior notice, service was horrible, overpriced and did not have the knowledge required to be able to assess repairs needed — was told ‘everything needed replacing’ and up charged for service that I took care of myself. Unprofessional — makes you wonder how companies like this stay in business.

Even though it has been a couple of years since we tried their service, i will never forget what a horrible experience it was! Starting from the rude text messages, never showing up to finish the job and also leaving a hole and the pool with no liner that my parents who are not pool experts had to figure out how to put together. We tried to file a small claim at the bergen county court in hackensack but unfortunately these guys dont have a real address where you can locate them. Im very upset to see they are still in business but they are the most disrespectful people we have ever dealt it, and its horrible to see that they keep stealing people’s money for an uncompleted job! Stay away from them!

these guys are the worst. they came 2 days late to open the pool. did a terrrible job. so bad that I had to hire another company to fix the problem they made. When I called them to come back and fixed the problem the owner started yelling that they didn’t break anything and hung up. these guys have no business being in any customer service business. DON“T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THE WORST POOL COMPANY EVER!!!

If you love your pool, do not call this guy. He will ruin your pool and then will not call you back. He sat and bragged about how much money he was making. When I called him to say that he had clogged my skimmer line, he said I will be there in three days because I am busy and never came. Now he does not answer my calls and will not call me back!
