I have been using them for a while now for their laundry drop off service. From the start, staff was always friendly and professional. I would usually drop off my clothes before work on a weekday and it would be available for me to pick up by the time I get out of work the same day. Over time, they started to fold certain clothes I would like to be folded and hang clothes that needed to be hung. That is great customer service. I highly recommend them!

My daughter and I went here for the first time on Saturday. We dropped our clothes off at 11:00am and was told they would be ready around 12:00pm on Sunday. I went to pick them up on Sunday at 12:30 and they were still sitting in my laundry basket not washed. They told me to come back at 4:00. I called at 4 and was told they were folding them and to come in 20 minutes. The woman on the phone had an attitude with me complaining that she was left alone. I went in 45 minutes later and they were still folding. It was not a lot of laundry. The folding was terrible, my 3 year old grandson could do a better job. Also, one of the employees was holding up someones T-​shirts with band names on it for everyone to see. Very unprofessional.
The place is very nice and clean, but I would never bring my clothes there again.

They ruined my good down comforter, cleaned it and put in a plastic before it was dry, and it got completely covered in mold spots. he saw it and he agreed that it should be dealt with. he was going to reimburse me, yet i have not heard a word in two weeks. the manager is the go between and she won’t give me his number so i can contact him directly, nor will she give me his last name. apparently this guy is a real winner, and i was told its rare he is ever in the store. the fact i saw him there that day was not the norm. so now, they have my comforter, which is useless, and i am getting really annoyed. filed a complaint with BBB not that it will help. i don’t know what else to do.

Clean, neat, great music, fast and friendly service.
