Apex Construction

Full disclosure: I know Dave from my son’s pre-​school, and we socialize together at pre-​school events. Nevertheless, I hired him to build a a two car carport attached to my house. ;-) There were some ups and downs on the project, but Dave and his team dealt with it all gracefully. They are the rare contractors who consistently show up when they say they will, get the job done on time, and (mostly) clean up the messes they say they are going to. And of course they followed the architects and engineers designs, passed all the inspections, etc. Apex’s prices are reasonable, but don’t expect Apex’s bid to be lower than all the competitors — with Apex you will really get a bargain in terms of the quality of their work and the final product (more than you realize when you hire them.)

We had David and team replace a wall, foundation section, perform a room remodel and install a new window in our old home. We were so satisfied with him and the work that we have hired him again for a chimney replacement project. His prices are fair, and above all else, he has profoundly calm demeanor. He takes things in stride (including myriad changes from clients like us) and is always thoughtful about our options. I love working with him!
