David Harrington

David Harrington is the best hair stylist I know. I first went to see David at a famous and incredibly busy salon in Beverly Hills where I had an appointment with a different stylist and was bumped because the guy had been out on a bender the night before and couldn’t get himself up. David helped me from every aspect of cutting and personal hair care and gave me a cut that is stylish and timeless. What’s more, David has his own studio and hair care line that he promotes and which is much better quality. My second visit to David was there at his own salon. The personal care I received there was without par and being there at his own loft was much more intimate and lovely than I could have hoped for at any big salon. Further, it gives me great pleasure to be able to support someone’s personal economy who works with me directly than otherwise. David Harrington is such a pleasure to work with, does a superlative job, has a wonderful sense of appropriate style for his clients and really cares. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I recommend scheduling with David at his own loft in LA if you can get there.

Whoever called David a wizard with shears is absolutely right. I have extremely fine, limp hair, and after almost 15 years with long hair I was a little nervous about getting it cut. David took complete control and did a phenomenal job. Even though it pains me to spend money on something like hair, David’s a total professional and is worth every penny.

In addition to the Emeryville location, David now also works out of Elevation Salon in San Francisco.
I first visited David a few months ago, and I’ve never liked my hair better. I had no idea what I wanted when I went in, so gave him free reign. He performed his magic and made me like my hair again. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

David Harrington just moved to Remedy Salon in Emeryville. I’ve never had a better haircut than David’s and I have alot of curly hair which is a challenge to some folks to cut! He’s great on the color too.
