Perfection Qd Muffler Service

This is a bit of a preliminary review, as I have not actually given them my vehicle yet. However, the manager took a quick look under my truck and told me that my exhaust system is in good shape except for my muffler. However, after contacting his supply vendor they were trying to make me purchase a whole new exhaust system, which would cost me a fortune. He readily told me that I do not need to spend that much money, so he is currently searching for another brand that will allow to only purchase what I need. I will update further when I have more info.
Update: He ordered my part and installed it 3 days later in less than an hour. Only $ 230 for the part and labor, which I thought was quite reasonable. Friendly, helpful staff. Oh and the guy’s name is Michael Jordan. That’s got to be worth an extra star, right?
