This cart is overshadowed by the line of big boy trucks right around the corner but as David told Goliath it isn’t always all about size. She has no name on her cart but the stock photo along the side proclaims Sabor Equitorianos so I dubbed her cart as such. Full of flavor is right. We had what I call lechon. She had no menu so I am not sure what she called it. This was the last stop on a string of trucks and carts that fellow Unilocaler Billy V and I visited on Friday night so we opted for a larger plate of what I will call a succotash of lima beans and cancha — crispy oversized kernels of corn — with boiled potatoes topped with tasty morsels of fried pork for $ 10. We were there around 9 pm and she was wrapping up for the evening. I was particularly impressed at how thorough she was a cleaning up.
