Christie Carpet Cleaning

NO STARS! christie carpet cleaning was recommended to me by norman carpet after i spilled nail polish on my wool carpet. they blew me off not once, but twice! i cancelled a dr app’t so i could be here for their appointment. no show, no phone call. when i finally called to see where they were, she told me that they had no record of me having an appointment, even though she remembered our at length conversation about my carpet stain. she promised she would call me no later than 9 a.m. the next day to reschedule. no phone call, and no apology when i called them. she SCREAMED at me that «they are the best carpet cleaners on the main line and THEY DON’T NEED MY BUSINESS!!!» they are NOT the best when their customer service is abominable. DO NOT use this establishment. there are plenty of excellent specialty carpet cleaners in the area. norman carpet just gave me the name of another one, jms enterprises, who was professional and courteous over the phone and made an immediate appointment. outrageous!
