I was lucky enough to get Lisa this time and my pedi was perfection topped only by the massage I received

This place is a robbery! I popped in here and wrote my name on the list for a basic manicure. They gave patrons who entered after me priority all because they were getting gel wraps and spa pedicures etc. (more expensive services). Also I saw that there is a surcharge for credit cards however the surcharge they put on your credit card is above the legal limit allowed by the state of Pennsylvania. After hearing the lady who was running credit cards say «$ 4 extra, $ 5 extra, $ 6 extra» etc. I ran the math on my phone for the services and they where charging well over their surcharge percentage listed on the sign. Most people didn’t even notice because they were on their phone or they seemed to shy to ask. I immediately got up and walked out. Do not come here unless you want your money stolen!

Very inconsistent service. They often rip off wraps or cut nails without asking or telling you so they can charge you more.

I went there for lcn gel nails and a pedicure. The lcn nails are advertised as being $ 45 and the pedicure was only supposed to be $ 25 equaling $ 70 in total but somehow I walked out of there paying them $ 90 for a shotty pedicure that was boogered up by the time I got to my car and a painful lcn gel experience. I’m more than positive they didn’t know what they were doing, because she just kept looking at her boss and my fingers felt like they were going to burn off when I put them under the UV light. Needless to say I left there more than dissatisfied and 3 days later the nails already fell off. They try to get you with complimentary wine but maybe that’s where that extra $ 20 I was charged went.

My favorite day spa! It’s always spotless and they do a great job. The only place I will let touch my eyebrows besides myself.

Came here to get my nails done for a wedding. I was in from out of town. I paid $ 30 for a gel manicure and within 3 days my nails were completely peeling off, I don’t mean chipping, I mean all of the polish came off at once lifted right off the nail one by one. My cuticles also started peeling horribly after the appt. I called the salon and was rudely told if I cant come in there’s nothing they can do. I explained I payed for a gel manicure which is supposed to last 2 – 3 weeks, this lasted 3 days. I did not want to be charged for services that clearly were not done well. She told me next time you’re in town we will fix your nails. I live in Los Angeles… I was in town for a wedding and do not plan on returning. It is unprofessional to not back your services. I even offered to send pictures of the nails to show them. The nails looked beautiful for about one day, it was a guy who did them.

Love this salon. Gels, manicures, pedicures, waxing this place is great. Parking in back is bigger and the large tv’s are great. They all do wonderful work.
