I had a t-​joint start leaking in my ceiling and Greg was able to get get over and fix the problem within an hour for significantly less than others were quoting. He also took the time to explain other issues I should address, highly recommend him.

Great reviews from Angie list may make them think they can relax when it comes to good phone contact with new customers. I have 20 years in selling and I can tell you that this is not a good strategy! In my case today, I had a very bad experience as the person on the phone was rude, spoke over the top of me, and did not ask the correct questions. Well I guess they are busy so they will do just fine without my business.
