Printer hassles are no fun. Just when you need to print that important document, you get the dreaded printer error that can’t be fixed. Called Ken and he advised me over the phone what steps I needed to take to fix my printer at no charge. Definitely worth giving him a call if you need someone local in the North County area to help with your printer.

Ken is the best! He has saved so many machines from the graveyard! I had a solution where we ended up with two machines for less than half the price of a new one!
That is service, he is prompt always arrives when he says he will and the charges are never over what he expects.

I’m a real estate agent and the reason people hire me is because I take great care of them, always tell them the truth and look out for their interests rather than mine. Ken is EXACTLY the same way. He does a great job at a fair price, gave me valuable pointers on how to make my printer last longer and avoid him coming to maintain it again. His fees are less than the big corporate behemoth that I’d worked with before and he’s a million times friendlier and at least that much more competent. I highly recommend him.
