My boyfriend and I moved to a Beachy Keen rental in the beginning of August; looking forward to staying there a long time. We had finally found our dream place! Then, just a few short weeks later, he got the job opportunity of a lifetime and had to move back East. I stayed behind for a few months, but eventually had to put notice in, which I was so, so sad to do since I loved not only the place, but Elana and her team!!! They were so understanding of our need to break our lease and made leaving easy and effortless. If we come back, we are coming here first! Love them!

Beachy Keen Rentals has been by far the best property management group I have seen as a tenant. Elana, Joni, and Anna are truly amazing women. All issues are quickly resolved and the ladies go over the top and often leave thank you items for the inconvenience of repair.
Pet friendly property management groups are hard to come by and property management groups that actually prefer pets is a step above.
I’m sad to leave the Beachy Keen ladies. Wish they managed Bay Area properties!

Elana and her company Beachy Keen Rentals is very professional and responsive. I have highered her company to manage our home while we travel abroad. She was extremely helpful when we had a major flood (3 levels) to our home and she responded immediately with all the necessary tradesmen to get the flood water out of the home and begin the process of drying out our home. We were unavailable at the time so she took all necessary action to handle the situation before it got any worse. Without her immediate attention we would have have had serious mold and water damage that would have added additional costs to the mess. I would highly recommend Elana to any home owner who is looking for someone to manage the rental of their property. She is honest, sincere and very responsible.

Elana Cohen is an amazing woman with the purest intentions and highest integrity. She is knowledgeable and caring and my experience with her has been amazing.
