What a transformative, life-​changing experience this was! I have been to many different types of metaphysical classes, energy works, meditative seminars and yoga events throughout the years and this one was by far the most profound for me. It was my first time learning how to breath differently and I walked in not knowing what to expect at all. Christian explains everything in detail very well, answers any questions, and guides you through the process very supportively, positively, safely and comfortably. For everyone the experience is different. For me, I gained a new understanding of myself in many different aspects… huge mental clarity, emotional cleansing, surpassed physical boundaries and heightened spiritual levels. I will be back to take another class and would like to bring friends and family as well. I am already slowly incorporating what I learned into my daily routine and have seen tremendous benefits. Thank you Christian, you have given me an amazing experience and I cannot wait to learn more from you!

I went to one of Christian’s weekend breathwork events and a private session the following day. I had some personal things I was going through previously and was able to work on them with Christian privately. I even hired Christian as a Mentor. He is a life coach and has been helping me with my goals. I have found that having lifecoaching is SO practical and can help me gain much FASTER progress than solely working on my own. I never imagined how powerful a healing session could be until I had my first experience with Christian. He is an amazing life coach and breathwork facilitator. His guidance has helped me tremendously in making very important life desicions. Through his processes I was able to integrate and release deep wounds that I buried in my subconscious. Prior to working with Christian, I had underestimated the value of breathwork. He helped me to realize that the quality of my breath translates into how I feel and how I’m able to show up in this world. Better breathing means a better version of me! I took a private tutorial and found the experience to be educational, therapeutic, and transformational. Christian did a wonderful job of facilitating this experience by providing a safe, supportive, and exploratory space for me to connect more deeply with my breath.
