Professional. Friendly. Efficient use of time. The house smelled so much nicer after the carpet cleaning. The carpet dried within the allotted time frame and the house was ready for showing by the next day. Thanks!

Did a good job on stretching my carpet back after adding a wall and closet. Seemed very meticulous on getting the berber to match up and took several hours to finish which was a good thing. A few issues though: I was quoted «$ 100-​$ 150 tops» by phone but was charged $ 200. I understand that other factors could affect original estimate but quote should be rephrased to reflect as much, or ask more specific questions?
Also, I found my new closet door broken after he left. Again I understand things happening out of his control but we’d have appreciated him saying «sorry but the closet came unhinged…». Maybe he didn’t notice but I doubt it. He also didn’t vacuum up after. Not a big deal but definitely the difference between a 4 and 5 star rating.

Just had my carpets cleaned this am. Appointment was at 11a and they were done by 11:45a. The crew couldn’t have been nicer either. I highly recommend them.
