I was thrilled as I walked in and saw such a wide selection! I was particularly glad to see a wide selection of Olukai shoes and sandals. The customer service by Laura C. Was excellent as she helped me with my foot problems and selled me what I needed to correct my problem. I left looking forward to coming back for the fall collection!

I LOVE THIS STORE! They had an awesome selection of cute and comfortable shoes. The staff is totally amazing and Laura the store manager just made it fun to buy shoes! (Has been hard to enjoy shopping with plantar fasciitis!) Laura was very knowledgeable and friendly she really knows what works for your feet! Thank you! You will be seeing me again soon :)

Footwear etc. changed my life, according to my feet. I bought some orthotic inserts and the next day my feet were feeling better. I have a conference next week in which I’ll be standing all day and I am so happy I went to Footwear etc.
And Tom was especially helpful by answering all of my questions and providing suggestions on the best gear to wear based off of his experience and knowledge.
No need to purchase $$$$ custom made orthotics. Just go here and ask for Tom.

I love this store. I think I must have gone in a million times and very time have been totally helped by everyone, even though I hadn’t purchased anything. When my bday was close, I sent my husband in and they showed him what I had been looking at. Now I am wearing the greatest wedges. They are so comfortable and I get compliments on them all the time.
