Needed a lock repair. Fully explained issue and type of lock. Set time for locksmith to come out. Locksmith requested text pics of lock. Pics were sent along with long text fully explaining/confirming what was needed. No acknowledgment from locksmith. Only acknowledged when another text sent asking for receipt acknowledgment at which time I was then told they couldn’t do the work. The guy wasn’t even going to tell me until I asked for an acknowdgment. Terrible business!

They were quick and efficient and friendly. I called at 8am on Saturday and they were to my house in an hour. Made copies of the keys and everything. Perfect!
